Job Requirements
THERE ARE MANY BENEFITS OFFERED TO BUREAU AGENTS
1. No Taxes - While your school and government may charge you 11% and other corporations may charge any amount, The Bureau will never charge you anything for completion of a mission. Your continued efforts to collect taxes are enough.
2. Complete Autonomy - Cato the Future's vision of an efficient government agency is one in which agents are free to perform their jobs in whatever way they feel is best. There are no required hell camps, wars or piloting times. The only organization is that which the agents choose themselves.
3. Being a part of something - Whether you are passionate about tax collection, enjoy assisting the noble Khanid Kingdom, or just like knowing that you have fellow corpmates, sometimes being a part of something is good. You can use our forum or the in-capsule messaging to request help from fellow corp-mates on particularly dangerous missions.
4. A Title - Every agent at the Bureau is valued and every agent gets a title (if they want one) and an entry on the staff page (if they want one). As part of the Director's laissez-faire management style agents are free to choose their own role in the organization or have one assigned to them. If they find labels burdensome, feel free to exist without a title as well.
5. Free Ammo - Tax collection is expensive and to help out, the Bureau provides free laser crystals and missiles at its warehouse to proven agents.
6. Recognition - Success should be recognized, so agent awards are given out quarterly with Isk bonuses.
7. Ship Replacement Program - While the Khanid Kingdom cannot afford to hand out ships as fast as a rouge capsuleer empire, there is a limited, earned SRP for all agents. One ship per month, per tax delinquent ship destroyed.
THERE ARE VERY FEW REQUIREMENTS TO BE HIRED
1. Loyalty to the Khanid King - You don't have to do anything special for Khanid (your employment does enough on it's own) and you don't have to outwardly declare your allegiance, as it might jeopardize our more covert agents operating in hostile space, but we do expect a degree of loyalty to the Kingdom. We would prefer neutral to positive standings with Khanid, but it shouldn't be much of a problem unless the Bureau itself begins to have negative standings
